About the Role:
The Technical Electronics Hardware Project Lead will be responsible for managing prototype builds for electronics hardware circuit board assemblies & hardware units, assisting the Electronics Hardware Manager with developing roadmaps & timelines for new hardware development, and act as a technical interface with vehicle platform engineers.

Responsibilities/ Assignments
- Manage prototype builds for electronics hardware circuit board assemblies & units and delivery of these units to both internal and external customers
- Manage the design & drawing release process for electronics hardware units in support of technical data packages (TDPs) for vehicle programs
- Assist Electronics Hardware Manager with developing roadmaps & timelines for future hardware development
- Interface & liaise with vehicle platform engineers & program managers regarding technical questions, prototype deliveries, etc.
- Assist Electronics Hardware Manager with developing yearly budget & track spending
Minimum Qualifications / What you must have
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in similar role
- Experience with either designing or managing the development of electronics hardware circuit board assemblies & units
- Familiarity with ruggedized electronics hardware units for use in military vehicles desired
- Familiarity with military vehicle electrical specifications & requirements
- Strong project leadership skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Additional Information

- Able to work overtime when required
- Limited travel may be required
