Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients to determine their specific needs and challenges. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients dealing with various mental health issues. Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or psychiatric emergencies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors, to ensure holistic and integrated patient care. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications: Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Valid State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Demonstrated experience in clinical social work, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
