This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Remote Travel Agent to provide personalized support to our clients who require travel assistance.
As a Remote Travel Agent you will be responsible for providing endtoend support to your clients from planning their trip to ensuring their travel experience is seamless.

Responsibilities:
Research and suggest travel options including flights accommodation and activities based on clients preferences and budget.
Book and confirm travel arrangements including flights accommodation transfers and activities ensuring all details are accurate and uptodate.
Provide pretravel information including visa requirements travel advisories and health and safety information.
Assist clients with travelrelated issues such as flight delays cancellation and more
Provide ontrip support including itinerary changes booking modifications and emergency assistance.
Ensure clients satisfaction with their travel experience by following up after their trip and addressing any issues or concerns.
