**Job Opportunity: Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems Superintendent**

**Location:** Brea, CA area

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems Superintendents. In this role, you will be responsible for performing installations of fire alarm and clean agent/special hazard suppression systems in the field. You will serve as a lead on-site, providing guidance to other technicians and subcontractors while ensuring the delivery of top-notch quality work and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Take a leadership role at customer sites, providing oversight and direction to other technicians or subcontractors.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Install Coordinators to keep customers informed about job progress.
- Complete all necessary job-related paperwork for compliance and documentation purposes.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and take appropriate action.
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements of system equipment.
- Deliver training to customers on the functionality of fire systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Education and/or Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Five years of experience in service and/or installation of fire alarm or special hazard fire suppression systems is required.
- Experience in reading blueprints is essential.
- Proficiency in fire alarm programming is required.
- Possession of FASA/BASA license is preferred.
- An associate degree in electronics or related field is preferred.
- NICET (Fire Alarm / Special Hazard) certification is preferred.
- Experience with manufacturers such as Kidde, Fenwal, Notifier, Fike, and FCI is preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

- Proficiency in intelligent fire control panel programming software.
- Familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office and standard internet usage.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively lead a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.

**Work Environment:**

- This is a remote position, with deployment from the associate's home to local job sites for installations, service, or repairs.
- Company-provided vehicle, tools, technology, and equipment.
- Occasional on-call days and/or overtime may be required for unscheduled service needs.
- Job duties may involve lifting up to 75 lbs. and working in tight or awkward spaces.
- Up to 25% overnight travel may be required.
