Job description

The Administrative Director of Emergency Services Department assures service, growth, development, personnel management, and resource allocation and management controls in order to ensure consistent high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.

Admin Director will be over the main ED and the two FSEDs

The main ED will have a director and will be mostly focused on it; there are 2 mangers at main ED and 1 manager that oversees both FSEDs

FSED volume - Grand Prairie (50-55 a day) and Red Oak (25 a day)

Comprehensive stroke

Chest pain accredited facility

# ER Beds: 54

Trauma level: 2

Volume: 230-250 patients a day

Reporting structure:

# FTEs: ~125

# direct reports: 4

Reports to: ACNO

Physician engagement: Good

Employee engagement: high - one of highest in division last fall

Patient Experience: low right now - working on that; a lot has to do -a lot of turnover; nurses left for contract positions; rebuilding team; doing internships and grow from within

Typically lead TX in highest # of ambulance for all of HCA Eds- Arlington and outskirts

Salary Range: Min: 133,491k ; Mid $166, 858.00- Max: $180k (Depends on candidates years of experience)

Annual Bonus: potential of UP TO 15% and with the multiplier added last year could be 22.5% all based on hospital performance
Sign ON: CASE BY CASE BASIS PENDING on HR Approval (NOT GUAREENTEED that they'll be getting a sign on)

Relocation: CASE BY CASE BASIS

Lots of entertainment in DFW - between all the stadiums, sports stadiums, TX Rangers to Dallas Cowboys, big complex for entertainment; Six Flags, hotels, etc.
