Job description

Eagle River Investments is a leading distributor in the cannabis industry, specializing in wholesale distribution of high-quality cannabis products to retailers across Colorado. Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the cannabis industry, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with cannabis retailers, dispensaries, and other wholesale clients.

2. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting new accounts and growing existing accounts.

3. Educate clients on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and market trends to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

7. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.

8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand the client base.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry or a related field.

3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade.

5. Knowledge of cannabis products, regulations, and market dynamics preferred.

6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

8. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
