Who You Are:
You are a seasoned Salesforce Consultant with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business solutions. With expertise in Revenue Cloud, you excel in collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored CPQ solutions. Your proactive approach, coupled with strong communication skills, allows you to effectively translate business requirements into actionable user stories. You are committed to delivering excellence and are eager to contribute to a growing Salesforce Practice.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Solution Architects to gather and document business processes and requirements.
Lead discovery workshops to define current and future state processes.
Translate requirements into user stories and process flow diagrams.
Conduct declarative configurations for Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects.
Develop implementation estimates and plans for project delivery phases.
Design user story test scripts and participate in end-user acceptance testing.
Provide expertise on Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities and best practices.
Evaluate solution options and communicate recommendations to clients.
Perform impact analysis for scope change requests.
Participate in training content development and delivery.
Leverage strategic partner solutions for complex configuration requirements.

Requirements:
3+ years of Salesforce industry experience with a focus on Revenue Cloud.
Prior experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant on CPQ projects.
Hands-on experience with declarative configurations for CPQ solutions.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Knowledge of custom development concepts and project management methodologies.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist) required; additional certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or engineering.
