The HR Technology Administrator is an entry level position who manages ADP Vantage HCM systems implementation, configuration, security, reporting, support, and data management, in support of HR and Payroll activities, policies, and practices.
Level of Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Area of Study: Human Resources, Information Technology, Communications preferred.
Years of Experience: 1+ years preferred
Type of Experience: HR Corporate environment, System experience, customer service, and excel knowledge highly preferred.
Information Systems: HCM
Personal Attributes: Analytical individual that provides excellent customer service and has strong problem-solving skills. A team player with the ability to handle varied priorities and deliver within defined deadlines. Having the ability to keep information confidential is also essential for this role.
