Job Description:

Dynamo is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to develop and implement financial policy framework for policy development, implementation, review/assessment, remediation that support USCIS’ financial management community.  This position is hybrid at will report on-site one day per week. Thus, local candidates will only be considered.

Duties/ Responsibilities: 

Expertise in Developing Comprehensive Documentation:

• Develop and produce highly comprehensive, intricate, and technically accurate documentation for financial management policy user manuals, showcasing an in-depth understanding of complex financial policies and procedures.

Advanced Research and Information Gathering

• Conduct advanced and exhaustive research to gather technical information from diverse sources, including subject matter experts, technical specifications, and relevant documentation.
• Demonstrate the ability to synthesize complex information into cohesive and comprehensive documents.

Meticulous Editing and Quality Assurance:

• Edit and proofread documentation at an advanced level, focusing on grammar, syntax, consistency, and adherence to the highest style guidelines and industry standards.
• Ensure documentation achieves the highest levels of accuracy, clarity, and readability.

Process Documentation Expertise:

• Document intricate processes, procedures, and workflows within each document, providing clear instructions and guidelines for users of financial management policy documents.
• Showcase expertise in creating comprehensive process documentation.

• Strategic communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Thorough research and information gathering from various sources
• High-level collaboration with senior stakeholders for accurate and relevant documentation
• Strategic analysis and ability to make senior-level recommendations for policy development
• Advanced time management and effective prioritization of tasks
• Autonomous ownership of the policy revision process from draft to final review
• Proficiency in developing and delivering professional presentations for complex financial information
• Advanced research, benchmarking, and strategic advisory on delivering financial services
• Must be a US Citizen

Nice to Have Skills

• Understanding of USCIS Plain Language standards and EXA Style Guide.
• USCIS experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (Desired).

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a federal organizational environment.
