Job Responsibilities:
Call in to the potential clients via leads and cold-calling efforts, network, and identify potential other accounts through business development techniques
Develop relationships with client managers and accurately sell and grow TruBlu HR Solutions services with those clients
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Take detailed job openings and setup the clients and TruBlu’s partnership
Manage employee assignments and follow-up
Maintain customer service at the highest level
Effectively work with the recruitment team, giving them detailed information of job orders, client information, and any additional support needed to fulfill the client’s needs
Requirements
Qualifications:
Dedicated and career-driven individual
No fear of cold-calling and prospecting
Strong listening skills and conversational skills
Winning work ethic
Experience in a staffing industry is a plus
Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
