2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Elyria, Ohio is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
Working with the Superintendent/1st Assistant in planning and supervising the maintenance of the golf course and clubhouse grounds. This will include but not limited to, irrigation operation and maintenance, crew supervision, drainage maintenance and installation, pesticide application, and record keeping.
Requirements:
Two-year degree/certificate or Four-year degree in Turf Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in turf/golf course management.
State of Ohio pesticide license or the ability to obtain one.
Compensation:
$45,000 – $50,000 per year.
Health insurance, 401K, paid vacation/sick days, uniform allowance, dues associated with local and national organizations, and expenses to state turf conference.
