Job description
Bilingual (Portuguese language proficiency required)
A minimum of 3 years digital video experience and/or digital asset management
Deep understanding of technical video and audio specifications (e.g. video bitrates and codecs)
Awareness of business priorities to meet Contractual Agreements
Familiarity with Video Export Processes to communicate across other teams
Flexibility in adapting to changes in processes, workload, and priorities
Ability to monitor and resolve multiple incidents concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management
Fervent attention to detail
Ability to work independently, raising concerns when needed
Willingness to work off-business hours
Knowledge of various digital delivery protocols
Software Familiarity: Airtable, Zendesk, JIRA
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Video, Film or related
