Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of corporate experience focusing on emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and/or private equity funds in financings, acquisitions, and day-to-day governance matters. Rocky Mountain based firm has more than 350 attorneys in 14 offices that work with clients ranging from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. Firm works with major industries including agricultural, aerospace, biotechnology, broadband communications, corporate compliance, construction, energy and electricity, government affairs, health care, hospitality, immigration, international, life science, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, real estate, retail, recreation, technology, telecommunications, and others.
