WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As an Employee Specialist, you play a pivotal role in empowering program participants. Your journey with participants involves conducting comprehensive intakes to understand their unique needs, strengths, interests, and capabilities, ensuring that every aspect of their potential is considered. Together, you craft a roadmap, known as a Family Contract Amendment (FCA), outlining short-term and long-term employment goals that align with their skills and aspirations. Through monthly meetings and diligent documentation, you ensure clarity and compliance with program requirements.
You ensure that every conversation is meticulously documented in FedcapCARES. Advocating for necessary support services, such as childcare and transportation, is one of your strong suits as you work closely with the Office of Family Independence. Tracking missed appointments and rescheduling demonstrates your unwavering commitment. Highly collaborative, you establish strong connections with medical, behavioral health, and other providers. In your noble pursuit of transforming lives, you are the unsung hero, turning aspirations into achievements, one personalized Family Contract Amendment at a time!
