Role Description: The Crypto Services team is looking for an experienced technical project manager. This individual will be responsible for managing projects, deliverables, and initiatives related to Apple's Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). Prior hands-on experience with large projects across business and functional groups with a strong emphasis on security is required. Responsibilities include: Working with client teams across the company to drive requirements and timelines. Planning meetings, publishing minutes, following-up on action items. Helping troubleshoot process/technical issues that arise during the on-boarding process. Using internal ticketing systems to track and document progress. Ensuring the established on-boarding guidelines/requirements are met.The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. The individual must have the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and summarize and document them clearly. The position requires excellent attention to detail, oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.Additional Job Details: Strong background in Cyber Security required Understanding of Cryptography concepts and PKI strongly desired Technical writing experience preferred. Awareness of information security best practices preferred. Apple IS&T experience preferred. Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Github, and Splunk a plus. Experience in Salesforce and/or the CCADB a plus
