As a PSR Counselor at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide support to individuals receiving mental health services. As part of your daily goals you will assist clients with activities of daily living, facilitate life skill groups, assess needed resources and build functional relationships with others. Based on client needs you will implement specific interventions under the supervision of a Master’s Level Therapist or otherwise qualified clinician.

Candidate Requirements:

• Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or related human services field.
• One year of professional experience working with severe and emotionally disturbed mentally ill adults; has in-service training in the treatment of mental health disorders, abuse regulations, and HIPAA.
• Knowledge of community and social service agencies.
• Ability to use and communicate software platforms, including but not limited to Outlook email, Word and Excel.
