Sugaring & Massage Spalon Inc in Mississauga (West Cooksville / Fairview / City Centre / East Creditview), ON is looking for one receptionist to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on #1 3038 Hurontario Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments as needed
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
