About Breadless:

Breadless is a Black-owned, Detroit-founded restaurant on a mission to bring nutritious breadless sandwiches to neighborhoods everywhere and create a home for those who've always had to order off the menu. We strive to serve a menu that is inclusive to those who are low-carb or on a time crunch so that they can get the nutrition they need without the hassle. At our core, we offer savory on-the-go breadless sandwiches made with leafy super greens that empower a health-conscious lifestyle.

Who We Are Looking For:

We want people who care a lot about customer service and who demonstrate enthusiasm, empathy, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude. We value these more than your experience with food (which can be taught).

YOU WILL:

• Be an ambassador of Breadless’ core values and will be trained in the art of superfood washing, selecting, and folding. Yes, it’s an art — you’ve seen how wrong things can go. We take it seriously because when done right, a sandwich without bread can be something to look forward to. When done right, a sandwich without bread isn't less, it's more.
• Be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests from greeting them, making their sandwiches on the line, and their experience at the cashier.
• Be a team player, willing to get your hands dirty, and do whatever it takes to keep your store running smoothly!
• Taking out the trash
• sweeping and mopping the floor
• doing dishes
• No matter what position you start in with us, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained and have the opportunity for growth!
• Weekend and Closing shift availability is required.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
