- Minimum of 5 years as a Multi-Unit Director of Operations/Food & Beverage with fine dining background
- Have the ability to manage multiple outlets and have the flexibility to work depending on business level
- Must have strong knowledge of beverage and food costs
- Must be present on the floor to ensure the team is giving guests the best possible service
- Travel is required for this position
- Track record of increased sales YOY within multiple regions
