Dow Credit Union is looking to hire a part-time Service Desk Representative, with a schedule of 12:20pm--5:35pm, Monday-Friday . The Service Desk Representative is responsible for greeting and assisting employees, members, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service. Ensuring the experience is positive, friendly, and prompt.
Essential Duties - Creates a welcoming, friendly environment by assisting those entering our branch, this would include helping with basic questions and providing directions.
- Maintains member interaction logs, alerting departments of requests/inquiries. Reviews the requests to ensure members are being cared for in a timely manner.
- Communicates with members to establish their need and directs to appropriate department.
- Answers and assists members with general questions and inquiries such as ATM assistance, coin machine, bill pay, web banking, shred bin etc.
- Direct and assist in emergency situations, completing necessary paperwork during and after an emergency.
- Aids those seeking information for Retirement and Investment Center and Liberty Mutual, up to and including working the suite as an alternate representative.
- Maintains visitor badges/ logs, door count, and AED machine log.
Education Requirement High school diploma or equivalency required
Years of Experience Up to six months of experience in customer service required
