Position Overview: As an Express Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and prompt service of our customers' BMW and Porsche vehicles. You'll be at the forefront of delivering the high-quality service that luxury vehicle owners expect, including oil changes, tire replacement/balance/rotation, fluids, filters, and other basic maintenance tasks. You will also simultaneously learn new skills as a technician from some of our most senior level techs that will allow you to exponentially grow your skill set. Our dealership, in partnership with our BMW and Porsche manufacturers, provides a pathway to success. With a focus on fostering talent, each technician is offered a comprehensive training program that allows new employees to chart their course towards achieving different levels of status and competitive pay. • Perform quick lube and express maintenance services on BMW and Porsche vehicles (oil changes, tires, fluids, filters, etc.)
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and learn to identify potential issues
• Perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain efficient workflow
• Ensure all work is completed with precision and in accordance with BMW and Porsche standards
• Uphold the BMW and Porsche standards of excellence in every service task, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Previous experience in vehicle mechanics preferred
• Familiarity with BMW and/or Porsche vehicles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
