Overview:
The Admissions C ounselor ( C ounselor ) Level I is responsible for recruitment in graduate healthcare program s . Utilizing omni channel engagement to include phone calls, emails, texts and chats , the Counselor will be responsible for ensuring high quality contact with all requests for information (RFI) . The Counselor will meet recruitment benchmarks by determining student readiness, viability, and interest on all RFIs for maximum cohort enrollment .
T he Counselor is a prospective student’s first personal interaction with the university and online program and will work with a p ool of prospective students from the initial inquiry to application completed . Under general supervision, the Counselor will conduct extensive student outreach to discuss programs, general admissions criteria, hybrid/accelerated curriculum model, and lab immersions . Additionally, the Counselor will be responsible for ensuring monthly w ebinar registration and attendance meet minimum goals as well as support registration for additional recruitment events . The Counselor may assist in presenting the webinars on behalf of , or as a coho st with the program partner. C reating and updating email correspondence related to student inquiries and other organizational tasks related to the demands of University Partners will also be a priority.

Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities : (Include but are not limited to the following)
- Create, track and manage p athway of candidates for current and upcoming cohorts t hrough meaningful engagement from new inquiry to matriculation
- Engage in outbound communication (phone calls, texts, emails) to RFIs daily and follow a cadence of personalized touchpoints outlined by supervisor and University Partner
- Provide thorough information of healthcare programs, including curriculum overview, costs, benefits, and long-term career opportunities
- Utilize computerized systems to accurately document engagement and next steps
- Promote event (virtual information webinars, on-campus events, open houses etc.) registration and post-event follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and organize/analyze data to prepare reports
- Assist with the maintenance of templated communication and end of cycle audits
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties , as assigned

Requirements
- College Degree or 2 – 4 y ears of relevant experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a service-oriented environment or university admissions/enrollment setting
- Experience with full Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM
