Job description
The Job Coach at Reaching Beyond Limits primarily includes:
- Assessing the individual's professional strengths and weaknesses while on the job
- Plan an individual job coaching strategy with each individual on your caseload
- Discover what motivates individuals and assist them in utilizing that motivation in the workplace.
- Assist individuals in learning and excelling in their job functions.
- Plan and implement tools for individuals to succeed at work.
- Create and update records and reports on progress.
To be a successful Job Coach at Reaching Beyond Limits, you must possess the following qualities:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Effective and succinct written documentation
Experience with Google Suite is a plus
Upbeat and motivating attitude
Education and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a vocational setting OR an associate's degree in Human Services (or an applicable field)
Valid driver's license, reliable & safe transportation, and automobile insurance
