EXPERIENCED ASSEMBLY LINE WORKERS NEEDED ASAP for HEAVY DUTY TRUCK PRODUCTION 

Mineral Wells, WV

Seeking Truck Production Mechanics/Technicians and Experienced Assembly Line workers for a rapidly growing facility in Mineral Wells, WV. You will be responsible for the modification of OEM heavy duty trucks on a production line.
ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED (FROM ENTRY TO HIGH-LEVEL MECHANICAL SKILLS).

RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIREMENTS, AND AREAS OF NEED

Responsibilities may include:

• Frame drilling.

• Installing components.

• Performing wiring techniques.

• Working on truck bodies such as box trucks, tow trucks and rolloffs

• Bolt-style modifications and kits.

• Some fabrication and mechanical work.

Requirements may include:

• Entry to high-level mechanical skills.

• Ability to work full time - 4 ten hours shifts Mon - Thursday day shift

• Authorized to work in the United States is required.

• Knowledge of truck or auto assembly/fabrication is a plus.

• Decent set of tools including cordless impact wrench and drill.

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical prior to employment.

SCHEDULE: 6 am to 4:30 pm, MONDAY thru THURSDAY (4 ten hour shifts and then 3 day weekends)
SALARY: $18.50 to start - with multiple bonuses and salary review after probationary new hire period ... extra $2/hr for those placed in Leadership Training (later)

BONUS AND ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION

• Perfect attendance bonuses $250 quarterly

• Safety Bonuses Monthly
