Job description

Smile Brands is a dominant player in the dental space and we are seeking a highly motivated Credit Services Specialist to join our team. this person will report to the Patient Financing Manager. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills. This position is responsible for maintaining an acceptable payment pattern and relationships with customers. They will manage inbound and outbound customer service and collection calls. This is a Hybrid role, working remotely most of the time, and coming into the office occasionally. 
Monday - Friday and an occasional Saturday

• Promote company culture by providing excellent customer service: interact with customers, teams, field staff, etc.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls
• Understand and explain patient account status and activity
• Meeting daily expectations to ensure goals and business needs are met
• Collections - negotiate and secure payments from customers in an effort to resolve and prevent past-due balances

• Negotiation, sales, collections, or customer service experience 
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry experience 
• Can handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls

• Experience working similar roles in Dental or Healthcare 
• Bilingual (English plus another language)
