Midas Hospitality is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help oversee the Aloft hotel located in downtown Milwaukee, WI. This person will be a part of an energetic team and responsible for overseeing the operation of all departments.

The Aloft hotel embodies a "different by design" philosophy that injects personality, color, and an obsession with music. We are looking for someone who will embody the culture this atmosphere creates.

What does the day to day look like?

• Creating a comfortable environment for front desk, housekeeping, & engineering departments
• Staying connected with staff and having a hand in hiring / training employees, counseling and mentoring, & providing resolutions
• Stand out when it comes to customer complaints, operational issues, or employee performance
• Preparing forecasts, reports, and budgets
