We are seeking a motivated and well-organized individual to join our team! You will work for the Director of Training Services and work with course owners, class coordinators, and external suppliers to create and maintain engaging content for our course offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to hone their project management skills, demonstrate their content creation abilities, and enhance their graphic design skills.

Your role:

• Coordinate with course owners and external suppliers to create and maintain content In PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite as appropriate
• Track and maintain course materials, Including content updates and translations
• Collaborate with class coordinators to ensure that course events are conducted with correct course materials
• Engage with clients to develop client specific course materials as necessary
• Support training services team as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (science/engineering discipline preferred) or graduating within the next year
• Strong understanding of and capabilities in Microsoft 365, specifically PowerPoint
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or willingness to learn required
• Experience using Canva or Video Editing is a plus, but not required
• Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and organizational skills required
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in both an in-person and virtual team environment
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Should have a digital portfolio or ability to demonstrate PowerPoint skills when requested
