Job description

The National Urban League seeks a Director, Professional Development Events and Learning, in the Talent Management department. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, the Director is responsible for the management of all human capital related events and learning activities for the national office and its affiliate network.

 

The ideal candidate will have an elevated level of project management and learning design skills. This includes the ability to plan, organize, control, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, the candidate will be results oriented with strong analytical, presentation, and facilitations skills. Additionally, the candidate will have experience managing logistics and general content for professional development events.
