Responsibilities

• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
• Proven experience as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Engage our clients and prospects with the utmost care and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls with a sense of urgency.
• Responds to all inquiries, within specified timeframe.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proven ability to build excellent business relationships.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Adaptability and reliability required.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
• Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling software.
