Haley Ward is looking for a Reality Capture Manager who will be responsible for coordination, planning, performing and delivery of scanning projects and is client-facing. Is also responsible for advancing company services, visibility in the market, as well as ensuring quality results.

What you can expect to be doing:
- Orchestrates and performs 3D scanning/imaging projects and provides back accurate existing conditions point-cloud model and images.
- Provides quality control for completeness, thoroughness and adherence to company standards of all drawings, point-cloud, models and images produced.
- Assembles and distributes digital documents to the project team.
- Works closely with client to ensure project deliverables and expectations are met.
- Manages and distributes coordinated digital documents to the project team.
- Assists with BIM/CAD standards development, implementation, and enforcement.
- Maintains the firm’s standards on quality and ethical standards and encourages staff of same.
- Ensures that adequate peer reviews are conducted.
- Maintains neat and orderly work area which will allow access to project information to other team members.
- Encourages and promotes job safety to staff. Responsible for ensuring safe working conditions for self and others.
What you will need to succeed:
- Education in Architecture, Mechanical, Civil, or Surveying Engineering fields.
- Relevant experience in virtual modeling in the construction industry.
- Ability to interpret Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing documents to accurately capture 3D laser scans/images of as-build conditions.
- Working knowledge of how building systems interact and are represented on drawing sets – duct systems, electrical, plumbing, and piping layouts and designs.
- Proficiency in: Autodesk, Bentley, Faro, and Leica software as they relate to providing laser scanning services.
- Minimum of three years of related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Reads, analyzes, understands, and interprets design and construction documents.
- Ability to layout and interpret complex construction projects to virtual programs.
- Ability to prepare and compile comprehensive 3D models.
- Industry or software certifications a plus.
