Job Title: Audit Supervisor
Team/Department: Accounting
Location: New Albany, IN (On-site)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
- Execution of engagements to which you are assigned including supervising and instructing staff and senior accountants in work to be performed and providing working paper review
- Providing analysis of account balances and documenting findings
- Analyzing financial statements and disclosures to identify any errors or omissions
- Working with clients in gaining an understanding of their business to apply the appropriate accounting and auditing standards in the preparation of workpapers
- 3+ years audit experience in a public accounting firm
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- CPA license preferred, but not required
- Competitive base salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
- Bonus commission - hours over minimum
- Performance based bonus
- New client bonus 20% of fees collected for 2 years
