The Division of Research and Innovation is seeking an Operations Manager. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE ), 12-month, professional faculty position.

Under the general supervision of the Business Operations Manager, this position provides guidance and support to managers and employees ensuring alignment with policies, goals, and objectives of the Division of Research and Innovation ( DRI ). This position will assume the operational responsibilities underneath the Business Operations Manager including, but not limited to, IT coordination, facilities needs, and administrative support.

Minimum Qualifications (Staff) / Guidelines (Faculty):

Typically requires Bachelor's Degree in related field and 3 years office management experience in a complex office environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a Criminal History Check and be determined to be position qualified as per OSU Standard 576-055-0000 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in Youth Programs may have additional Criminal History Checks every 24 months.

This position is expected to work in the office within standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Additional Salary Information: $44,496 - $75,516
