Technical Writers
BCforward is looking for a highly motivated Technical Writer to work remotely for a pharmaceutical client in Lebanon, Indiana.
Technical Writer
Expected Duration: Long Term
Location: Lebanon, Indiana (can work remote)
The Technical Writer will produce system documentation from content provided by subject matter experts (SMEs), providing guidance on format to create quality documentation.
Services Management:
* Revise documents in support of execution of change requests and system releases or projects in compliance with defined delivery deadlines.
Quality/Regulatory Expertise:
* Operate with a quality mindset (capable, in control, compliant, and continuously improving).
* Understand and execute documentation creation/update/review efforts according to corporate and local policies, practices and procedures, as well as best practices.
* Drafting, reviewing and/or editing system documentation:
* Gather SME content
* Select template and populate with content
* Reformat documents
* Reviewing documents for correct formatting as well as compliance to document standards and guidelines:
* Provide feedback to author
* Edit document directly
* Question unclear content
* Propose changes
* Providing input and/or creating documentation standards, guidelines and templates.
Representative Deliverables:
Deliverables will be assigned as part of project and/or on-going service operations priorities. Representative deliverables may include:
* Governance documents
* Service Documents
* Validation and/or qualification documentation required for any project, including plans, test scripts, test cases, reports and matrices.
* Supporting documentation, including training materials, forms, and templates.
The Technical Writer will deliver:
* Thorough, succinct, clear and compliant documentation completed within expected timelines.
* Guidance for other team members on the creation and delivery of required documentation.
Must have experience with manufacturing.
