Job description

Job Overview:  

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the optimal performance of ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. ServiceNow Configuration:Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, including workflows, forms, and integrations.

  2. Administration:Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system maintenance.

  3. Incident and Problem Management:Lead efforts in the identification, resolution, and documentation of incidents and problems related to the ServiceNow platform.

  4. Integration:Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.

  5. Reporting and Analytics:Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance, usage, and compliance.

  6. Upgrades and Patch Management:Manage and implement ServiceNow upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

  7. Training and Documentation:Provide training to end-users and create documentation for internal processes and procedures related to the ServiceNow platform.
