We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appian Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the implementation of large-scale Appian solutions for our clients.
Job Description :
We are looking for an exceptional Appian Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Appian architecture and development, combined with extensive project and program management expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of complex and large-scale Appian projects for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Appian Architects, Senior Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders, to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet all client requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Act as a subject matter expert in Appian technology, providing guidance and direction to the technical team.
- Project and Program Management : Lead multiple Appian projects concurrently, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into Appian solutions.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Appian Architects, Senior Developers, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure project success.
- Requirements Analysis : Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Solution Design : Provide input and oversight on Appian solution design, ensuring that it aligns with best practices and client objectives.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality of Appian solutions by overseeing testing activities and validating that they meet client expectations.
- Change Management : Assist clients in managing the change associated with the implementation of Appian solutions.
- Documentation : Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Appian Certification, such as Certified Appian Developer or Certified Appian Architect.
- Extensive hands-on experience in implementing large-scale Appian solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex Appian projects.
- Strong project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with process modeling and design within Appian.
- Familiarity with BPMN and related industry standards.
- Knowledge of database concepts and integration with Appian.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
