Job description
Position Summary:
The Email Marketing Specialist develops and implements email marketing strategies to engage subscribers and create loyal customers. This role will involve creating email strategies, content, segmentation, and improving key performance indicators like subscriber management, open rates, click-through rates, and revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transform business objectives into effective email campaigns to drive traffic and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance retention and revenue growth
- Develop marketing briefs to guide creative development
- Conduct market research to identify consumer, advertising, and competitive trends
- Brainstorm innovative marketing strategies to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints
- Implement A/B testing and utilize data to identify opportunities for optimization and future program recommendations
- Evaluate performance metrics and compare against goals
- Maintain and enhance the value perception of the product/service/organization in the eyes of the customer/client
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant email marketing experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns leading to awareness, retention, and conversion
- Ability to identify customer segments and create captivating digital campaigns
- Proficiency in graphic design with a strong portfolio of visually appealing work
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills, emphasizing data-driven decision-making
- Thorough understanding of digital analytics and contemporary marketing principles, particularly in retail
- Experience with email service providers like Bloomreach, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Proficiency in working with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
