Hiring Machine Operators!
2nd: 3pm-11pm M-F ($19.16)
3rd :11pm-7am Sun-Thu ($19.94)
Summary:
To set up and operate an injection molding machine to make rubber or polyurethane panels within specifications.
Description:
• Reviews work order and checks that correct raw materials are being used.
• Ability to set up and operate all machines according to work order and engineering specifications.
• Performs die and/or mold changes ensuring accordance to setup procedures.
• Places insert into molding machine and produces first piece, gets approval and begins run operations. Operates machine insuring downtime is minimized.
• Physically remove panel from machine and load machine with next insert. Cut, trim off flash and finish panel to quality standards.
• Responsible for the proper labeling and scanning of completed panels according to procedure.
• Die to be inspected upon completion of run. Returns die to tool room.
• Places scrapped product in scrap cart. Report scrap to ERP system.
• Maintains good housekeeping, 5s and safety practices in work area.
• Performs related duties as required.
• Reports labor and material use to ERP system.
