We are excited to welcome an experienced and versatile Administrative Marketing Assistant to our dynamic team.

 

Position Overview: As an Administrative Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the marketing efforts and operational activities of our real estate business. Your expertise in administrative tasks and marketing strategies will contribute significantly to our efficiency and success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Collaborate with marketing team to create, design, and distribute captivating marketing materials such as property brochures, online listings, and social media content.

• Assist in coordinating property showings, open houses, and client appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and client communication.

· Attend and schedule property photoshoots and provide access to vendors.

• Maintain accuracy and completeness of property listings on the company website, MLS

platforms, and other relevant channels.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, market opportunities, and competitive analysis.

• Manage administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office organization to ensure streamlined operations.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.

• Contribute to organizing and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.

• Assist in tracking expenses, budgeting, and financial reporting related to marketing activities.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and assist in process improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of combined experience as an Administrative Assistant, Marketing Assistant, and/or

Operations Coordinator in the real estate industry.

• Proficiency in using real estate-specific software and tools (MLS platforms, CRM systems, Adobe).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,).

• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.

· Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Education:

 

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Additional courses in marketing, or operations is a plus.
