Job description
Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of corporate and commercial litigation experience. In addition to litigation, bankruptcy experience would be helpful. 75 year old GP firm with a broad regional and national practice representing clients ranging from individuals and closely held businesses to publicly held and Fortune 500 companies. Firm also acts as special counsel to various municipal and governmental authorities and entities as well as utilities and other institutions.
