Uncommon Schools has a proven track record of preparing students for a college pathway through world-class academics and opportunities for students to build and hone their talents. The High School 2.0 Program Manager is the owner of all enrichment and experiential opportunities that support student talent development. This includes in-school co-curricular classes (projects), summer programs, competitive clubs, and internships. The Program Manager collaborates with school leaders to establish a vision for student talent development and fully executes that vision. As a secondary leader in the school, the Program Manager is the champion of enrichment to students, families, staff, and external partners.

Compensation for this position: The starting compensation for this role based in New York City is between $64,000 to $96,900. The starting pay will depend on various factors that may include but are not limited to professional experience, education, training, certifications, tenure with Uncommon Schools, and work location. Because we value staff tenure in each role, we do not currently cap salary ranges. Please note: ranges may differ for staff who work from a location other than New York City.
