Pay Rate/Range: $20-25/hr
Description: The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for minor plumbing, minor electrical work, cleaning gutters and changing out filters. There will also be some HVAC maintenance duties as well.
Job Requirements: Must have 5 years of commercial maintenance experience. HVAC certification preferred.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm
