Job description

Join the healthiest organic & top 10th rated restaurant in Weston!! My Organic Corner in Weston, FL is looking for a experienced Line Deli Prep to join our team. We are located on 127 Weston Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, accountable, and energetic. This position is a part-time. We share tip$$$ (average tip $3/hr in addition to the base salary ) - Business hours 10:45AM to 6:30PM

Responsibilities

• -Follow procedures and ingredients measurement to prepare customer orders like salads, wraps, burgers, soups, etc
• Set up and break down workstation
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain vegetables
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• clean up & refill workstations

Qualifications

• Experience working in BOH position
• Knowledge of Health Department regulations
• Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
