NTAM Tactical Asset Allocation Head of Research will assist in supporting over $120billion in Asset under management an asset under advisement under the leadership of Global Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Asset Allocation. The head of research will participate in and lead a team of analysts who conduct global macro research. Through their analysis this team would help develop the organization’s thinking on future growth, inflation, and policy changes that might impact markets in the short and medium term.

As the Head of Tactical Asset Allocation will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's TAA initiatives, conducting research and in the development of innovative investment strategies. The person will be responsible for blending fundamental, macro, quantitative, and technical signals to provide a comprehensive view of global markets, enhancing our client's portfolios' performance.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of fundamental and quantitative professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence. Systematic Market Forecasting: Spearhead research efforts to develop systematic forecasts for global markets, incorporating fundamental, macroeconomic, and technical signals. Integration of Systematic Forecasts with Fundamental Views: Develop a robust process for integrating systematic forecasts with existing fundamental macro views, and effectively articulate these insights both internally and externally. Investment Strategy Development: Drive the development of innovative macro investment strategies and products, catering to both benchmark-sensitive and absolute return requirements. Client Engagement: Articulate the firm's TAA framework and market perspectives to sophisticated clients worldwide, building trust and ensuring alignment with their investment goals.
