Graphics Production Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Coordinator for our Graphics Department.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate the workflow and output of Graphics team for major vitamin manufacturer. Assign and track production of foreign and domestic product labels. Work directly with printers on proof approvals, priorities, and delivery dates. Communicate with Graphics team including artists, designers, proofreaders, prepress, bindery and pressman regarding scheduling work.
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to update and create Excel Spreadsheets. Maintain inventory and order Graphics supplies. Maintain filing system and archives. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a Graphics coordinator and college degree a plus. Knowledge of Graphic fundamentals, design theory, print production and graphics programs are needed.
