Job description
Job Title: Facilities Technician
Department: Facilities
F/T or P/T status: Full-time
Schedule/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Job Summary:
Performs basic repair and maintenance tasks at company owned facilities. Communicates with contractors engaged in facility projects and service programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum five years of experience preferred in two or more skilled trade. (i.e., Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Automated Systems and/or Alarm Systems).
Must have the following: a driver's license, good driving record, skill with Microsoft applications and automated systems.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Must be available on short notice for emergency response after-hours, weekends, and holidays as requested. Must be able to travel locally on short notice as requested.
