Job Details:

• Employment Status: Permanent/ Full Time
• Job Location: 805 Media Luna Brownsville, TX 78520
• Starting Pay: Based on education & experience
• Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performing clerical functions such as receiving visitors, organizing filing, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
• Conducting research handling information requests.
• Provide high-level administrative support by knowing and preparing reports and analysis.
• Ensure timeliness & quality of reports and indicators.
• Ensure all shared information is complete & presentable.
• Compile & send powerpoint slides for meetings.
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
• Maintain up to date meeting notes, project schedules, expenses and needed executive information.
• Talk to internal departments and external vendors to request quotes, conditions, and delivery times.
• Coordinate purchases and delivery dates
• Create Capex documents for approval.
• Create Purchasing forms for approval
• Keep Pronto Branding Guide updated

Required: High School Diploma/GED
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
