You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program.
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Length: 12 weeks (mid-May through mid-August)
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for 12 weeks
• During the 12-week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Clinical Supply Chain for Clinical trial department.
• You will play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the clinical Supply and Forecasting business unit.
Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects including.
• Building reports/dashboards in the Veeva System to facilitate the oversight of the Maintenance of the Study Trial Master File by an external vendor
• participating in the review of the Randomization and Trial Supply Management system reports to create summary dashboards to share in presentation for summarizing the progress of the clinical trial
• Review reports of available forecasting tools and generate a summary of the significant saving goals achieved, preparation of slides for study storyboards or for site training material on activities listed in the study pharmacy manual.
• Participate in user acceptance testing of multiple systems used in clinical trials.
• Currently enrolled in (Undergraduate/graduate college student) program of Engineering, Data Science, Data Management, Computer Programming, Data Visualization and Storytelling.
• Fundamental understanding and experience in Data Management
