Job description

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a rewarding opportunity in Orange County, Florida? Look no further! We are currently hiring RBTs to join our team in the vibrant cities of Orlando and Winter Garden.

Position Details:

• Location : Orange County, Florida (primarily Orlando and Winter Garden)
• Work Settings : Both home-based and school-based cases
• Certification Requirement : Candidates must hold a valid RBT certification.
• Orange County School Badge : Preference will be given to RBTs who possess an Orange County School Badge.
• Sign-On Bonus : We offer a sign-on bonus of $500.00 to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior programs.

Qualifications:

• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Orange County schools and community resources is a plus.
