Job description
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Software Designer Engineer 3 to design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure, with a focus on AKS, PostgreSQL, and Azure Functions.
Responsibilities:
- Software Designer Engineer 3 will utilize Helm charts for efficient deployment and management of applications on AKS, optimizing container orchestration
- Leverage Azure Container Service to build, deploy, and manage containerized applications, ensuring high availability and performance
- Develop and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes to enhance productivity and reduce errors
- As a Software Designer Engineer 3, you will implement comprehensive logging and monitoring solutions using Kusto, Geneva, and Prometheus to ensure operational excellence and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure needs, employing Azure best practices to achieve project goals effectively
- Lead security and compliance initiatives, conducting regular audits, vulnerability assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
