Base Compensation: $118,500 - $139,400
Location: Louisville, KY or Dallas, TX
Are you ready to spice up your career in the QSR world? Do you have a knack for numbers and a passion for food? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Restaurant Economics Guru to join our team and take charge of the financial heartbeat of our equity restaurants.
As the maestro of equity finance and accounting, you'll be the mastermind and influencer working behind the scenes, ensuring our restaurants operate like well-oiled machines from a financial standpoint. From day-to-day transactions to quarterly and monthly assessments, you'll be the go-to for all things fiscal.
Responsibilities: - Take accountability for planning, forecasting, and analysis of operational metrics, ensuring they impact speed of service, accuracy, waste, and food safety audits positively.
- Oversee financial operations for our portfolio of equity restaurants, managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Dive into the nitty-gritty of restaurant economics, analyzing costs, revenues, and profitability to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to develop strategies for cost efficiency and revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and economic shifts, providing insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Act as the liaison between finance and operations, bridging the gap to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Knowledge and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field (CPA or CFA certification a plus!); MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in restaurant finance or a similar role, with a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges of the industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships across teams.
- A passion for food and a desire to contribute to the success of our culinary ventures
- Highly proficient in Excel
